with his wife and children by his side. Born March 16, 1967, Michael lived a life full of love, fun,
and friendship. Michael was a Veteran of the Air Force, proud of his years of service. He worked
the past 25 years for Local 18 Union of Elevator Mechanics. He loved bowling, camping on his
rig, barbecuing, and gold panning with his family and many, many friends. He loved Nascar, and
he loved the Raiders. He loved his ‘68 Firebird that he built with his sons. He was proud of the
many life achievements of his children. He loved his wife more than anything in the world. Most
importantly, Michael loved being with his very big and very crazy family. Michael leaves behind
his wife, Karen, as well as 7 children and their spouses, Rosalie and husband Josh, Michael Jr.,
Christopher, Danielle and husband Logan, Tiffani and husband Josh, Danica and fiancé Mike
“Hal”, and Brooklynn. He leaves behind his 6 grandchildren, Michael III, Kimber, Ashten,
Savannah, Walker, and Sophia, his mother, Charlotte and husband Joel, his father, Richard, his
sister, Christina, his nephew, Aaron, and his grandmother, Lenore “Mommo”. Michael leaves
behind this large, complex, and wide-spread family in addition to his extended and chosen
family of friends to carry his legacy and memory forward. We love you Pops. We promise to
take care of your Ren. Give Dickie a big hug and a little punch from us, and then rest easy
together until we meet again.
