Anne M. Meyers

Anne M. ( nee Barr) Meyers, 86 of Wayne, PA passed away peacefully on Friday November 29, 2013. Anne was the wife of the late Martin A. Meyers & daughter of the late William J. and Ida (nee Maynard) Barr. Anne was born in Albany, NY & graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy. Prior to her retirement, she worked at B. Altman & Co. as well as Devon Family Practice as an Administrative Assistant. Anne was an active parishioner of St. Isaac Jouges Church and was as Sacristan for the Parish Chapel. She enjoyed reading, watching her birds and deer in the backyard along with spending time with her family. Anne was predeceased by 3 infant children: William J., Joan Rita & Gerard Anthony. Surviving are 2 daughters: Judith McGann & Theresa (Rolf) Seiferheld; 3 grandchildren: Bridget (Mark) Campi, Rolf M. (Meg) Seiferheld & Matthew Seiferheld & 2 great-grandchildren: Nicholas & Katherine Campi; as well as many nieces & nephews. A Visitation & Funeral Mass was held on Thurs. Dec. 5 at Saint Isaac Jouges Church. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in Anne’s honor to: St. Isaac Jouges Church: 50 Walker Rd., Wayne, PA 19087.
