Charles E. Welsh, Jr., 78, of Paoli, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday February 28, 2013. Charles was the beloved husband of Marian (nee Conroy) Welsh of 53 years. He is survived by 5 children: Joan (William) Mumenthaler, Charles E. (Deborah) Welsh, III, Susan (the late William) Credden, Mary Rychlak and Elizabeth (Paul) Erickson and 11 much-loved grandchildren.
