Francis D. Hennessy Jr.

passed away on May 26, 2022. He was 60 years old. He was born in Chester, Pennsylvania on June 6, 1961, and lived in Woodlyn, PA and West Chester, PA. He graduated from West Chester East High School in 1979. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University in 1983. He was awarded a Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law in 1986. Finally, he graduated from Temple University with an MBA in 1996. He practiced law in Pennsylvania and was also licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.

He is survived by his children: Evan, Justin and Scott; his sisters, Joan Pepper (Chris) and Patty Putt; his nieces and nephews: Matt (Amanda), Greg (Kate), Jill (James), Shannon, Kate (Jon) and Patty; grand-nieces and grand-nephews: Annabelle, Evelyn, Lillian, Lucas, Sloane and Blake; his spouse, Pat Hennessy; he is predeceased by his mother, Joan Manente, his father, Francis (“Hank”) Hennessy and his stepfather, Pasquale (“Ziggy”) Manente.

Funeral Services will be held on June 1, 2022, at St. Norbert’s Church, 50 Leopard Road, Paoli, PA 19301.

Viewing will begin at 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial to immediately follow at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, 1600 S. Sproul Road, Springfield, PA.

The service will be live streamed for those who are unable to travel.
