Born in 1934 in Cookeville, Tennessee to parents Winnie and Vester Lee, Fay was the second of six children including brothers Charlie, Jack, Donald, Bob and sister Linda. As a child, her family relocated to Detroit, Michigan where she attended high school before working at Ford Motor Company for several years. It was during her time in Michigan that Fay met the love of her life, Jim Clark, and spent the next 65 years of her life by his side.
Fay and Jim would later relocate to Pennsylvania following the births of their first two children Doug and Karen. Years later following this move to Pennsylvania, Fay gave birth to the couple's third child Dan.
Fay was dedicated to her family from her early days in Tennessee all the way until her final days in Pennsylvania. On top of providing a loving home for her immediate family, Fay also was a volunteer in the community and frequently hosted parties and card nights for her friends in the area. As the years grew on, these gatherings transitioned into hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve meals for her growing, loving, family.
Spending time with her loved ones was one of the greatest joys of Fay's life, and she spent much of her later years crafting bracelets for family and friends, attending Flyers games, little league games, dance recitals and basketball games with her grandchildren, and going on cruises and spending time at her vacation home in Florida with her late husband Jim.
Fay is survived by her brother Jack, sister Linda, her three children Doug, Karen and Dan, six grandchildren Tommy, Jimmy, Valerie, Carolyn, Kyla and Brandon, and three great grandchildren.
Fay was a loving, kind, thoughtful lady who will be greatly missed by those around her. A small private service will be held in her honor.
