John Ellis Rosser III

John E. Rosser, III – June 3, 2025 died after a long struggle with cancer at the Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. He was born September 15, 1955 in Woodbury, NJ and was 69 years old at the time of his passing. He is the son of John E. Rosser, Jr. and Ruth C Freideman Rosser.

John graduated from Newark High School in 1973 and went on to complete a degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Delaware and then finished up with a Masters in Business Administration. John’s last career move was into consulting using his engineering degree with various clients. He also worked part-time at Wawa, which he enjoyed because of the customers and workers interactions. He loved to work with his computer programs and was an avid reader. He enjoyed many authors but his favorite topic was the sci-fi books. John never married but he enjoyed following the lives of his nieces and nephews, especially as marriages and great-nieces and nephews filled our families.

Survived by: Bonnie R. Rossetti (Husband Gary) plus children, spouses and their children. Peter C. Rosser, (Wife Karyn) plus children, spouses and their children. Alice M. Crottie (Husband Edward) plus children.

Predeceased by: John E. Rosser, Jr. (Father) Ruth C. Freideman Rosser (Mother) Grandparents: Albert Freideman and Augusta Spalding Freideman, John E. Rosser and Florence May Rosser.

Services will be private at gravesite: Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazer, PA.
