Born on April 8, 1952 in Greensburg, PA., he was the son of the late Thomas H. Twaddle and the late Anne T. Rasmusson. Tom spent many years living in St. Thomas, VI before settling in Wayne after his marriage to Lynne Cummins Twaddle in 1994. Before his retirement, he worked as a lineman and was a member of Local 126 IBEW. His love of animals is legendary, especially his dogs.
In addition to his loving wife, Lynne, he is survived by his son, Schuyler (Briana O’Brien), his sisters Theresa Buchanan (James G. Huse, Jr) and Jessica Packard (Ralph), 5 nieces and nephews and 8 grand nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours scheduled at this time, however, a memorial church service will be planned at a later date.
