Papillion, NE. Longtime member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church. She loved gardening and worked with the Midlands Hospital foundation including the gift shop. Local and National Celebrity for ability to do the splits. Seen locally on the morning show "The Morning Blend". Belonged to the organizations NEZOD, Court House and Gardening Club. Preceded death by husband Jesse O. Skaggs II; son James. Survived by daughter Patricia Loparco, Papillion, NE; sons and daughters-in-law Jesse III and Mary Jo Skaggs, Gold Waithe, TX; Stephen Skaggs, Gold Waithe, TX; Dick and Therese Skaggs, Omaha, NE; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 6/22/2011, Wednesday 1-8pm with the family receiving friends 6-8pm with a Wake Service at 7pm all at the Kahler-Dolce Mortuary, Papillion, NE.
