Phillip was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalie Byrne; son, Phillip (Kip) Byrne.
He is survived by daughter, Pam (Dave) Isbell; son, Steve (Beth) Byrne; daughter-in-law, Amy Byrne; grandchildren, Joe (Amber) Isbell; Mandi (Jason) Dragon, Jacob (Katherine) Byrne, Angela Byrne (fiance Gage Jones), Brooke Byrne, and Emily (Jordan) Bowman. Great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Jax, John; nieces and nephews.
