I am saddened by the news of Raf's passing. Raf and I had a fantastic few years during the Access days and I have such fond memories of our numerous escapades. Raf was kind, thoughtful, fun and "full on".  Thank you for such great memories Raf. A great loss to us all, but especially to his family who are in our thoughts at this sad time. Although we have been outof touch since our days working together at Access, Raf was unforgettable and we have fond and everlasting memories of our times together in Essex and we are so sad he should have left us so early. God bless you.

I just received the news of Raf's passing this morning and regret that I could not be there in person to pay my respects.
Raf and I worked together to improve and expand the relationship that existed between FDR and HNC. Through that work, a great friendship developed that continued on as we moved on to different challenges and opportunities. We always enjoyed discussions that ran from business on to our shared Italian heritage, to food and fine wine (of course) and to updates on how Italy and the USA fared in the World Cup.
Raf's energy, enthusiasm and creativity were boundless and he will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

So sorry to have heard the tragic news about Raffaele.  I knew Raf when I was younger and our parents were the best of friends.  I have such happy  memories of those days (especially as I lost my own parents some time ago)  My heartful sympathies go out to all his wonderful family. I first met Raf on 21st April 1986 and could see immediately that he was the most loveable rogue you could wish to meet. Whilst so sorry to hear this news, I can smile at so many memories in both Essex and Nebraska...particularly a Haloween/fancy dress party I attended with him in Omaha...his version of Bat Out of Hell was the best. He was so happy to have met Sue and I'm certain would be the best father ever to his daughters.

Words can not express our very sincere sadness and a feeling of shock in hearing of Raf's passing. Terry and I talked this last week of all the 4th of July's and New Year's Eve holidays we spent with you and Raf, Mickey and Kenny and Eric & Sally. Precious memories of the big boys trying to out do each other with who had the biggest fireworks, the cleaning up the street after the shooting them all off,the cream puff mound Raf made for dessert and of course his delicious carbonara. Its been a few days now since i heard the terrible news, and i still do not have the words to express my sincere condolences to Sue, Victoria, Gabbie and all of Raf's family.  Having lost my dear Dad a few years back all i can say is time is a great healer and the memories you have and those people will share with you, may help to make it a little easier.  I started work with Raf at Access/First Data when i was 16, so 32 years ago and have some great memories of those times and the years afterwards.  As a young group we all grew up together, shared nights out, holidays in the sun and in the rain, on land and on water (well the Norfolk Broads) and having Italian in my family, shared Raf's passion for pasta and the ability to eat almost as much of it as he could.  To this day, his Spaghetti Carbonara is the best i have ever tasted, and i will pine for it for ever more.  Over the last few days i have looked through my old photo albums and that cheeky grin and the glint in his eye, when you knew he was up to something mischievious seems to be in every picture.  He had such a wonderful love of life and the world will be a sader place without him, but wherever he has gone on to, wow,  they are in for such a treat.

I've been staring at this guest book thing for days-& still haven't figured out what to say!  Not that I'm sure you guys don't expect flowery words of wisdom.  I keep wishing it's some horrible sick joke!-& he'll come walking in your front door.  If wishing could make it true-I sure have been wishing HARD enough! Well Raf my memories of you were at the Access Social Club where i found you to be a larger than life character  and always up for a laugh. I recently got in touch with you online via facebook and the Access page and we had some laughs again. You told me how much you were enjoying life over there and how much better it was.
