Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7th at the Pavilion of Forest Chapel Cemetery with Rickey McFadden officiating. The family will receive friends at the Pavilion from 9 – 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Connie, the only child of Wright Townsend and Clara Davis Townsend, was born July 17, 1942, in Phoenix, AZ. After the death of her father, she grew up in the Forest Chapel/Chicota area of Lamar County. She graduated from Chicota High School in 1960.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children, Mike Pressley, daughter, Delayna Pressley. Grandchildren, Michael Pressley and Caitlin Stephens & husband Seth. Great grandchildren, Brie Pressley and Blakely Stephens.
Casket bearers will be: Mike Pressley, Michael Pressley, Seth Stephens, David Poole, Steve Thurman, and Ethan Pridemore.
