1936 - 2026
Helen passed away peacefully at home Saturday morning, March 21, 2026, at the age of 89.
Born in Minter, Texas, to Tully Floyd Temple & Helen Lawler Temple, she was one of three children: older brother, Johnnie Temple and twin sister Hattie Hobbs.
Helen is survived by her twin Hattie and many nieces, nephews and their children.
She will be remembered fondly as a generous, supportive family member, an empathetic, nurturing, friend and for her kind, quiet strength and enduring love.
Memorial services will be held at Bright Holland Funeral Home Saturday, March 28th at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Kelly Collins officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 9:30 – 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will be made in Milton Cemetery.
