Jimmy Paul McCool, 39, of Paris, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017, at his home. Bright-Holland Funeral Home made burial in Lamar County Cemetery. The family has scheduled memorial services for 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 6th, at Living Word Pentecostal Church with Rev. Allen McCool and Rev. Tiny Freelen officiating. Jimmy Paul, the son of Jessie & Jean Ann Wilkerson McCool, was born Dec. 7, 1977, in Paris. He received his certification in air conditioning from Paris Junior College. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Ann McCool and grandparents; Jim & Imogene Wilkerson and John Dee & Virginia McCool. Survivors include wife, Krystal Mitchell McCool, a daughter, Hannah McCool of Paris, a son, Tristan McCool of Sulphur Springs, three grandchildren; Elijah and Gabriel McCool of Avery and Lexi Dozier of Paris, his father, Jessie McCool & wife Diana of Paris, a brother, Jerrod McCool of Paris, a sister, Sherry Williams and husband Richard of Franklin, an aunt, Jimmie Wilkerson along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
