Nell Boswell

Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 10:00 a.m. Friday, Dec. 15th at the Pavilion of Hopewell Cemetery with Shane Boswell officiating. Nell, the daughter of Willie W. Staley & Johnnie Stevens Staley, was born Feb. 5, 1937, in Lone Oak, TX. In her early career she worked for Lela King Real Estate. During her career she was also a bookkeeper working for Spindletop Oil Company, Main Tire, and Marty’s Alignment before her retirement. Nell was a believer in Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her father, Willie W. Staley, her mother, Johnnie Stevens Anthony & husband Tony, her former husband & best friend, Bill Boswell, two sisters, Ruth Gist and Babe Rodgers, a son-in-law, Alton Peek, and two grandchildren, Natalie Skipworth and Kaylee Boswell. Survivors include four children, Michael Boswell & wife Debbie, Mark Boswell & wife Pam, Michelle Boswell, and Megan Wilson & husband Michael, grandchildren, Shanda Proctor & husband Jason, Shane Boswell & wife Annie, Mark Boswell, Jr. & wife Bailee, Brittany Tingen & husband Wesley, Ashley Hamilton & husband Justin, Arron Peek & wife Katelyn, Caleb Peek, Cadence Sain, Maggie Wilson, Gage Wilson, and Ethan Wilson, and numerous great grandchildren along with several nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
