Phillip David Briley, 35, of Paris, passed away Friday, February 26, 2016, at Paris Regional Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 6 – 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 29th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home. Cremation will follow. Phillip was born Nov. 11, 1980, in Conroe, Texas. He attended Paris High School. He was preceded in death by a brother, Nathan Briley and his step-father, Paul Kingston. Survivors include four children, Hannah, Elisha (Eli), Roy (R.D.) and Nassa, his mother, Debra Meeks Kingston, his father, Jimmy David Briley, three siblings, Kevin Ely, Justin Briley and Jessica Ely along with several nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
