Sharon Viola Pool

Sharon Viola Pool, 61, of Paris, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled graveside services for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27th, at Long Cemetery with Wade White officiating. The family will receive friends at the cemetery thirty minutes prior to the service. Sharon, the daughter of Nolan Pool, Sr. & Velma Louise Smith Pool, was born Aug. 30, 1954, in Borger, Texas. Sharon graduated from North Lamar High School in 1972, and received her nursing degree from Texas Women’s University. Her career as a surgical nurse spanned a number of years before her health failed. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, which she enjoyed very much and the Order of the Eastern Star. Her parents preceded her in death. Survivors include 2 sons, Johnathan Hester of Pottsboro and Abrehum Hester of Broken Bow, OK, grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace Hester and Crawford Hester, a sister, Nancy Caviness & husband Danny of Sumner, a brother, Nolan Pool, Jr. and wife Angela of Willow Springs, MO, along with nieces & nephews, Angela Pedigo & husband Brandon, David Caviness & wife Jessica, Luke Byron Pool, Susan Humphrey, Isaac Pool and Carolyn Riley Pool.
