Teresa Sanchez

Teresa Sanchez, 80, of Paris, passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at Paris Regional Medical Center, at which time Bright-Holland Funeral Home received her into their care. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 noon, Sunday, August 31, 2014 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, with Father Anthony Stoepel officiating. A Rosary will be held at 7:30 pm, Saturday, August 30, 2014 at the church. Burial will be made in Knights of Honor Cemetery. Mrs. Sanchez was born September 21, 1933 in San Felipe Gto, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Maria Luisa and a brother, Martin de la Rosa. Survivors include husband Nicolas Sanchez, her loving companion of 63 years; their children, Guadencio Sanchez & wife Juana, Mariano Sanchez & wife Lucia, Maria de Jesus Tavera, Roberto Sanchez & wife Lidia, Josefina Guerrero & husband Benito, Carmelo Sanchez & wife Teresa, Salvador Sanchez, Alfredo Sanchez & wife Guadalupe and Antonio Sanchez & wife Natalia; a sister, Maria Guadalupe Ortega; a brother, Raymundo de la Rosa; 37 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Casket bearers will be Guadencio Sanchez, Mariano Sanchez, Roberto Sanchez, Carmelo Sanchez, Salvador Sanchez, Alfredo Sanchez, Antonio Sanchez, and Victor Luna.
