

Travis Earl Hill, 63, of Arthur City, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler. Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 25th, at Chicota Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Kelley officiating. Burial will following Forest Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Travis, the son of Roy Wilbert & Evaleen Lyons Hill, was born Nov. 12, 1952, in Clarksville. His career as a welder spanned thirty years. Travis was a quality control inspector and a certified welding inspector. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Roy Hill and Arnold Hill and a sister, Elizabeth “Liz” Cain. Survivors include his wife, Nancy Keller Hill, whom he married on June 4, 1988, building 27 years of memories, children, Travis Shane Hill & wife Jamie of Kansas City, KS, Alicia Stifter & husband Billy of NE, Catrena Fagan & husband Robert of Arthur City, Ginger Kelley & husband Johnny of Arthur City and Chet Cook of Arthur City, grandchildren, Joey Stifter, Travis Stifter, Bradley Kelley, Justin Kelley & wife Sharon and Cody Kelley & wife Jessica, a great grandchild, Aiden Kelley, siblings, Buford Hill & wife Judy of Broken Bow, OK, Emma Jones & husband Bill of Georgia, Leon Hill & wife Jan of Granbury, Linda Hall & husband Jerry of Arkansas, Robert Hill of Pickens, OK, Sharon Bradley & husband Randy of Oklahoma and Marvin Hill & wife Tammy of Broken Bow, OK along with numerous nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
