She is survived by one brother Coleman LaFon and one sister Peggy LaFon and many nieces and nephews. She always said she lived a good life. She settled here in Big River 55 years ago and always said that this place was her heaven on earth. She was beloved by everyone and help anyone who needed it.
She belonged to Big River Red Hats and The Garden Club. She loved painting and we have many of her work to remember her by, she also love to go to the casino on Sundays. She was always smiling and happy to see everyone that came to see her. We the family and friends will always remember her. She is at peace now and is with her family and friends whom went before her.
