Born January 4, 1963, in Queens, New York, he was the son of the late Earl Sutton Williams and Freda Greer Wilhite.
He is preceded in death by his father, Earl Sutton Williams, and brother, James Willis Coggins.
Survivors include his mother, Freda Greer Wilhite of Raleigh, NC; son Russell (Shasta) Williams of Amanda, Ohio; grandchildren Keirsten, Carter, and Kyiah Williams; sister, Deborah Gaynor (Danny) of Wake Forest, NC; brothers Ruffin Lee Coggins of Hilliard, Ohio, and Earl Sutton Williams, Jr. (Cheryl) of King, NC; numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
As requested, cremation will be cared for by Parker Funeral Home.
