

Lake Havasu, Arizona – Our loving mother, Sharon Lee King Graybeal died peacefully as a result of dementia on April 2, 2026 at the Vista Point Assisted Living Memory Care Center surrounded by her family. She was 86 years old.
Sharon was born in Butler, Missouri on April 25, 1939, the daughter of Marshal King & Muriel Snelling King. An only child, she grew up in Idaho Falls where she attended High school and then became an X-ray Technician in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was married to Leland Graybeal on November 7, 1958 and they moved to Las Vegas. They had 3 children together. Throughout their marriage they moved to various locations in the Northwest for work settling in Grants Pass Oregon. Then retiring to travel the country for leisure to finally settle in Yuma Arizona. After Lee passed away in 1998, she met her partner in life Bob Neuberger Sr and moved to Mesa Arizona.
She was a stay-at-home mom who was active in her children's activities and sporting events. She was always someone her kids could go to for advice, love and comfort.
She loved to dance, play pool, create floral arrangements, pottery, crafts and the outdoors.
Sharon is survived by her children, Rick & Megan Graybeal of Lake Havasu, Arizona, Cydne & Jim Quitter of Monroe, Utah, Rod & Tammy Graybeal of Athol, Idaho; five grandchildren Maria Graybeal, Joseph Graybeal, Paul Graybeal, Justine McAllister, and Cody Quitter; three great grandchildren Conor McAllister, Brixton Quitter, and Saige Quitter; and her partner Bob Neuberger Sr.
She will be remembered by her family and friends as a loving, funny, generous, intelligent, wise and beautiful woman who brought joy to our lives. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled and announced at a future date.
We would like to thank all the staff at the Vista Point Assisted Living Memory Care Unit for the gentle loving care they provided our mom and her family.
