Betty Louise (Stephens) Neff

She was born August 1, 1943 in Parkersburg, WV, to Raymond and Elsie Stephens.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Sterling Ross Neff. They were married July 19, 1968.

She is also survived by her daughter, Leah Neff Ostrow and her husband, Stan from Baltimore, MD; her daughter, Susannah Neff Turner and her husband, Del from Washington, WV; two grandsons, Evan Ostrow and Eric Ostrow; her sister, Ruth McCown, of Savannah, Georgia; her brother-in-law, Rodney Neff, of Houston, TX; her brother-in-law, Stan Neff and his wife, Beverly, of Belpre, OH; her sister-in-law, Kellie Neff Kelley, and her husband, Rick, of Richmond, VA; her sister-in-law, Lucy Stephens, of Belpre, OH; and twelve nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Raymond Stephens, and her mother, Elsie Stephens; her brothers, Raymond and Charles Stephens; her sisters, Elsie Hall, Ida May Stephens, Evelyn "Toni" Drain, and Mariam Erlewine; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Starling Neff Wiles and Ron Wiles; and her nephew, Michael Paul Kelley.

She was employed by Marbon/Borg Warner/GE Plastics from 1965 until she retired in 1999.

Visitation will be Thursday August 22, 2019 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg, WV.

Services will be held Friday August 23, 2019 at 11:00 am at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home and will by officiated by long-time family friend Bill Wines. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.
