Was saddened to hear the news of Kenny's passing and very sorry I could not attend the funeral. My prayers are for all the family.  I worked with Kenny for years at the Ames facility and recall many good memories of Kenny's laughter surrounding his work ethic from the "Free Dip" days in the handle department.  May God's comfort and peace be with you all.

Dad, I've always loved you. That will never change. It's unbelievable that you're gone. Heartbreaking. I'll always remember the days when you called me "Shorty" and tickled me until I nearly peed my pants. Seems too soon. A life incomplete. Rest in peace Dad. ❤

Don Powell, Steve Welch, and myself worked in the Lubrication crew together.  He was a good friend that we only have had the pleasure of knowing for 4 1/2 short years.  Ken was always looking out for everyone else and would do anything that was asked of him no matter what it was. I remember when I had neck surgery he would get so mad at me for lifting to much and say put that down and would hand me buckets to clean or something that wouldn't hurt me because he knew I needed to stay busy. I hope Ken is looking down on us and seeing how many people at Chemours are affected by his passing because I don't really think he gave himself enough credit.  We all will miss him terribly.

To my best friend that I only new for 4 1/2 years but those years have been my honor to have the privilege to know such a fine person as ken. I remember the first time I meant ken I was like (who this guy asking all these questions in computer training) and I started like I always do putting my to cents in and we got to talking and the next thing I knew we where in the lube crew together and are friendship grew from their Ken was my closest friend that I ever had and I am going to miss him terribly. Ken is the only person I knew who would do any thing that I ask of him no matter what it was or what it would cost him Well Ken I have one last request rest in peace dear friend until we meet again!!!!

Dear Aunt Alice, all my cousins, their children and grandchildren in the Virgil Cunningham family,  My heart goes out to all of you with all the thoughts one can have after such a sudden loss.  I fondly remember visiting at the farm and going to the Red Bush church with you growing up. May God continue to Bless all of you, Your Cousin, Sharon (King) Tomblin

I have the fondest heartwarming memories of Kenny from earlier years in our lives.  Cousins are, besides our siblings, some of our first "friends" in life...I will always cherish the moments I hold dear in my heart of Kenny and his family.  I am so deeply sorry for this great loss.  I send prayers and many hugs to all of Kenny's family.

I am saddened learning of Kenny's passing, my thoughts are with the family.

A brother is a friend given by nature and Ken will forever be in our hearts.  We cannot properly express our sadness in knowing we will never see him again.

It is with deep regret that I find myself searching for the words to express my feelings for our departed brother. We shared many fond memories throughout the years and it is my hope that he will go on to share those memories with other dearly departed.
