Kay Sprouse, age 70, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, passed away on March 25, 2026. Born June 25, 1955, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, Marilyn was a beloved and compassionate presence in the lives of those who knew her. After this introduction, “Marilyn” will be lovingly remembered as Kay.
Kay was the daughter of the late James Dowler Sr. and Ruth (Friend) Dowler.
Kay was a devoted CNA, serving others with steady care and a generous spirit.
Kay is survived by her life partner of 20 years, Randy Radabaugh; her son, Donnie Sprouse; her sisters, Connie Braniff, Brenda Walker, Tina Morehead, and Tammy Dowler. As well as her niece Missy Dowler, and her grandson Taden Sprouse.
In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Amy Sue Sprouse; her brothers, Jimmy, Melvin, Kenny, and Ricky; and her sister, Patsey.
Kay found comfort and joy in the simple things—she loved to cook, took pride in taking care of people, and enjoyed watching *Days of Our Lives*.
