She was born October 12, 1926 in Aurora, IN, a daughter to the late Albert and Mary Ellen Parsons. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her three sons, David Butcher of Seattle, WA, Larry Butcher of Parkersburg, and Stanley Butcher of Washington; three daughters, Linda Botts, Donna Butcher of Seattle, WA, and Brenda Cox of Washington, WV; fifteen grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Butcher, three brothers, and five sisters.
Services will be held 3 p.m. on Sunday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
