Patricia Joanne Miller

She was born September 24, 1947, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Donald Ray Watson and Mildred Madeline Cross. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, William Sams; brothers, Ronnie Lee, Michael Allen, Roger Eugene and two sister, Donna Kay and Nancy Lou.

Patricia was a homemaker and enjoyed flowers and watching football. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and sister in law, Angie which meant the world to her.

Survivors include her sons, Robert Sams of Parkersburg, Christopher Sams of Parkersburg, Donald Sams of Vienna, Daniel Sams of Parkersburg, Jason Sams of Parkersburg, Shawn Miller of Parkersburg; daughters, Angel Gordon of Waverly, Nicole Miller of Williamstown; brothers, Daniel Ray Watson of Parkersburg, Steven Wade of Tuppersplain, OH, Terry Lynn of Coolville, OH; sisters, Linda Gay of Stewart, OH, Connie Ann of Coolville and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Funeral service will be 3 p.m., Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastor Ronnie Hendershot officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens.
