Roger Lee Brown

Roger Lee Brown, 81, of Parkersburg, WV passed away in his home on Friday, May 15, 2026. He was born on March 24, 1945 in Parkersburg. Roger was the son of the late Lloyd Emerson Brown and Virginia Mae Dellinger Brown.

Roger was a body shop mechanic at McClinton Chevrolet for 45 years. He loved fishing, hunting, farm work, splitting firewood and spending time with his family.

Roger was preceded in death by his wife, Dianna Brown and grandson, Jonathan Creel.

He is survived by his three daughters; Kimberly Valentine (Kenny) of Lubeck, WV, Angala Brown (Wayne) of Mount Lookout, WV, Deanna Alton (Jimmy) of Washington, WV: two sons; Roger Brown, Jr. (Heather) of Belpre, OH, Roger Wayne Brown (Ashley), of Vincent, OH: six sisters; Barb Buchanan (Ben) of Reedsville, Oh, Bonnie Gobel (Darl) of Pettyville,WV, Connie Lee (Jim) of Parkersburg, WV, Linda Goff (Kevin) of Parkersburg, WV, Patricia Nicholas of Mineral Wells, WV, Debbie Kirtley (Tony) of Milton, WV, Steven Brown (Ron) of Kissimmee, FL: 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. His family will miss his funny stories and the times they had together.

In keep with their wishes, Roger has chosen cremation and no formal services will be held.
