JOSEPH GREIFDecember 09, 1929 – August 07, 2012It is with great sadness that the Grief family announces the passing of our father, grandfather and great-grandfather Joseph Greif, on Tuesday August 7, 2012 at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria BC after a brief battle with cancer. He is survived by 3 sons; Joe Jr. (Penny) of Campbell River, William “Billy” (Debbie) of Port Hardy and Michael of Terrace, one daughter, Joanne (John) of Burnaby, 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters; Katherine (Vancouver), Regina (Yarrow) and Marion (Vancouver) plus numerous nieces and nephews. Joe was born in Regina, Saskatchewan on December 09, 1929 and has resided in Port Hardy since 1963. He will be fondly remembered as an owner of Port Hardy Collision Repairs for 50 years of his life. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
