Lloyd was born in Port Alberni on December 16, 1954; he was predeceased by his grandparents Oscar & Albertine Gagnon, parents Claire Reimer & Campbell Bobier, & grandson Trevor Dods. He is survived by his children Darren (Jenny) Dods & Sarah Reimer, siblings Debbie (Dan) Allard, Darlene Irvine, Rodney (Sherri) Reimer, Penny (John) Poland & Keven (Mary) Reimer; his Uncle Cyril & Aunt Harriet Gagnon as well as many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Lloyd had many hobbies, including camping and fishing; he loved the outdoors.
Lloyd lives on, the family made the decision to donate his organs, three people have received life-saving transplants.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 1:00 PM – Alberni Valley Memorial Gardens, 2300 Port Alberni Highway; followed by a Celebration of Life. Please contact Yates Funeral Services for more information.
