Michael James Fallon

S/Sgt Micheal James Fallon (Ret)

It is with heavy hearts that our Michael (Mike) passed away peacefully on May 25 th, with his wife and sister by his side. Predeceased by his father Michael ( Paddy), his mother Bessie, brother Donald. He leaves behind his loving wife, Claudette, sister Nancy (Barry), brother William ( Bill) and many nieces and nephews.

Mike was born in Barrie, Ontario but raised during his younger years across Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and back to Winnipeg, due to his father’s service in the Military.

After completing his RCMP training in Regina, Mike was posted to many detachments in Saskatchewan.

After a ski accident,Mike went to Regina Depot as an instructor. In 1973 Mike moved to Ottawa, then in 1990 he transferred to Vancouver’s E Division. Mike finally retired in 1995 after 33 years of service.

Mike was an avid sports enthusiast, either watching sports on TV or enjoying hockey, skiing, cycling and golf.

The family would like to thank Dr Brad Bell and all the wonderful staff at Arrowsmith Lodge (Evergreen) for the incredible care, compassion and support during this difficult time.

There will be no service; the family will be holding a celebration of life at a later date in White Rock.
