With sadness we announce that Patrick passed away peacefully at his home in Parksville on Friday, May 4, 2018.
Predeceased by his son, Stephen John, he will be greatly missed by his wife, Anne Kathleen; sons, James Patrick and his wife, J. Sook and Mark Frank, his wife Christine, and their children Christopher and Katrina.
In keeping with Patrick’s wishes, there will be no public service. The family extend heartfelt thanks to Dr Marlene Van der Weyde and the Oceanside Homecare nurses for their wonderful care and support.
