Ben met Susan in 1978 in Bamfield as young teenagers. They were married on September 11 1982. Together they raised 3 wonderful children: Brandy, Ben and Gary. Ben and Susan were blessed with 10 grandchildren Emma, Connor, Teagan, Taylor, Raya, Cutter, Rhyer, Cameron, Brielle and Grayson.
Ben is survived by Wife Susan, Daughter Brandy, his two sons Ben and Gary, aswell as his sister Margaret and Brother Wade. He was preceded in death by Father Ralph, Mother Betty and his older Brother Doug.
The family has entrusted Yates with the arrangements. A celebration of life is scheduled for August 17 2019 3PM at Bamfield Volunteer Fire Department.
