In loving memory, we announce the passing of William Roderick Hancock, better known to his family and friends as “Billy”.
He will be dearly missed by his wife, Rosalie; daughter, Candace; granddaughters, Ashley Rosalie, Paige, and Ashley; great-grandchildren, Minnie Faye, Braden, Asher, and Heath; numerous nieces and nephews in St. Catharines and Cape Breton; as well as other family and dear friends.
