Born in Lufkin Texas, Bonnie's life was a tapestry of compassion, curiosity, and wit. An ardent reader, a crossword puzzle expert, and a Skip-Bo enthusiast, she embraced knowledge and laughter with equal fervor.
As a dedicated registered nurse, Bonnie's nurturing spirit shined the brightest in the NICU at Saint Luke's Hospital, Park Plaza Hospital and retired from TIRR, where she tenderly cared for quadriplegic and paraplegic patients with unwavering kindness.
Predeceased by her children Sharon, Mark, Janice, Laurence and one granddaughter Lauren.
Bonnie is survived by her loving son Paul, and dear daughter Carol who were her pillars of strength and unwavering love, her profound love for cats was matched only by her love for family.
Bonnie's legacy lives on through her children, 13 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren who carry forward her laughter, kindness, and unwavering care for others.
In remembrance of her humor, family devotion, and selfless service, Bonnie's spirit will forever resonate in the hearts she touched. Her life was a testament to love, laughter, and a boundless capacity for kindness.
