Charles Reece Cutler

Charles Reece Cutler 87, of Baytown, Texas passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020, in Baytown, Texas. he was born on April 1st., 1933 in Grapeland, Texas to his parents, Albert Franklin and Margarette Cutler.

Charles was a Proud Veteran that served our Country with the US Army, worked and retired from USI Chemical Quantum in 1992, and had a passion for playing golf and watching sports.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents; A.F. (Buck) and Margarette Cutler and his sister Esther Fincher. Left to cherish his loving memory is his wife of 51 years, Ms. Joyce Fredrich Moseley Cutler, daughters; Charlotte Cutler Wintch, Kimbra Cutler Webb, Cheryl Moseley Brown, son; Dean Moseley, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Charles will be laid to rest at Houston National Cemetery.
