Earble Ponton

Earble Evelyn Ponton went to be with our Lord on April 10, 2017 at the worldly age of 80. She was born on June 17, 1936 to Loy and Mattie Cryer. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband Robert and siblings L.J. and Delaine; Two great grandchildren, Noah and Brook. She is survived by her three children, Weston, Colton and Linda, daughter in law Marcia and Son in law Pat. Five grandchildren, Christopher, Robert, Shawna, Martina, and Justin. Nine great-grandchildren; Brother Buddy and Sister Carrie and many nieces and nephews. Earble loved life. She loved her family and her home with all her heart. She was saved and baptized in 1960 in Dallas TX. She moved to Pasadena TX. In 1964 with her husband and children. She remained a member of the Baptist Church, taught Sunday school and participated in events. She spent many hours in the kitchen preparing food for all. She loved being hostess for her family and anyone that came to visit. She was definitely a great cook. All her service came with a beautiful smile and great conversation! She is loved by all of us. A Visitation service will be Thursday, April 13th from 6pm-8pm. Funeral services will be 2pm Friday, April 14th. Both services will be held at Pasadena Funeral Chapel located at 2203 Pasadena Blvd. Pasadena TX 77502. Officiated, by Dr. Jon Redmond. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park.
