Hailey will always be remembered for her joyful spirit. She was happy, upbeat, sweet, and funny, bringing laughter and light to everyone who knew her. She dearly loved her mother and her furbabies - Duke, Daisy, and Leia - who were constant companions in her life.
As a member of the La Porte High School Class of 2014, her most cherished high school memories were of her time on the Chatos Dance Team. She loved being the Senior Executive Officer during her last year. A few years ago, she returned to perform in the alumni dance. Hailey joined Orchestra in junior high and enjoyed it all through high school. She also had a passion for theatre in high school. Hailey was deeply involved in her church youth group, where she formed lasting friendships and strengthened her faith.
Hailey is preceded in death by her loving grandparents, Larry and Jo Ann Wilson, whom she called Pawpaw and Honey, and her stepsister MaKayla Thompson. She is survived by her mother Paige Wash, her husband Matthew Spencer, her father David Migé, her stepparents David and Raeanne Wash, her closest siblings Thomas and AnnaLeigh, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, stepsiblings, and a host of dear friends and extended family who will miss her deeply.
Hailey is now at rest at Del Angel Funeral Home in Pasadena. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. at Del Angel Funeral Home, followed by a short graveside service at 2:00 p.m. at Grand View Cemetery, where Hailey will be laid to rest beside her grandparents, Honey and Pawpaw.
Pallbearers are David Wash, Paul Wash, Mitchell Lathem, Seth Butler, Joshua Thompson, and David Blaine.
Hailey’s warmth, kindness, and joyful spirit will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved her.
