Joe Graham McElroy

On February 25, 1934, Joe was born in the small town of Woodville, Texas. At a young age, he moved to Deweyville, TX where he met the love of his life Rebecca and had three wonderful children. During his career, He was a firefighter which he truly enjoyed for over 26 years. He was also employed at Goodyear where he retired after 32 years of service. Joe was a hard working man who was also a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 50 years.

He was preceded in death by his true love Rebecca Jane McElroy also known as Kitty and his second wife as well as 4 siblings. Within an 2 hours of his death his brother Charles joined him on his everlasting journey.

Joe is survived by his three devoted children, oldest daughter Pamela Robinson and husband Jesse Robinson Jr., his daughter Thelma (Sissy) Alfrey and husband David Alfrey, his son James (Bubba) McElroy and wife Angela McElroy. In addition to his children, Joe is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and two siblings Mildred Hall and George McElroy.
