Pedro M De La Rosa

He was blessed with 79 years of life and lived them to the fullest. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed fishing and loved watching the Rockets and Astros but most of all the Houston Texans. After losing his wife of 56 years almost two years ago he was overcome by sadness and longed to be with his Viejita again. Now they are reunited in Heaven and walking hand in hand on the streets paved of gold and living in that mansion with our heavenly Father that he talked about so much.

He is preceded in death by wife Angelita, son Joseph, daughter Christine, mom Vicenta Sandoval, father Ruperto De La Rosa, brother Manuel Sandoval and sister Amelia Sanchez.

He is survived by 5 children Martha De Los Santos & Mark Mares, Mary Garza & George Garcia, Silas De La Rosa, Danny and wife Samantha De La Rosa, Pedro De La Rosa JR.& Teresa Trinidad, 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and Roel De Los Santos who he considered a son and had a very special place in his heart.

Brother Arnold and wife Tina Sandoval, 4 sisters; Gloria and husband Chano Arellano, Clara Martinez, Ofelia and husband Ruben Perez, Elvira Sandoval Adame and countless other family members and friends who all loved him dearly.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 from 5-9pm and the funeral service will commence at 10am on Saturday August 12, 2017. All services will take place in the Grand Chapel at Funeraria Del Angel in Pasadena and interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery on Spencer Hwy.
