

Richard Anthony Carite Jr., 34, passed away at home in Pasadena, Texas after a long battle of sickness. He was 2 people in one. A happy bright light with a illness that he could not shake after many try's. Richard was born in Delta, Utah to Richard Carite Sr. and Selma E. Carite. He lived 15 years in Elko NV where he loved sports, was a wrestler at the State level and loved the outdoors. He moved to Texas at the age of 17 starting high school in a new area and made friends fast, as he always did. He graduated from Deer Park Highschool in 2006. He leaves an immediate family to cherish his memory for many years; Daughter Ashlynn Langley (8) and Son Anthony Carite (7) as well as their Mother Kelli Langley. His Father Richard Carite Sr., Mother Selma Baxter, Step-Mother Julie Carite, Step Father Paul Baxter, Sister Christin Pelletier, Sri Harsha Lammata Brother-in Law, Brother Joshua Baker and niece Tegan Pelletier. Richard was a very personable man; he would talk to anyone. He had many friends, He was a thoughtful, giving, hard-worker and because of this, everyone that has heard this terrible news was shocked and saddened. He was a good man, father, son and brother. He will be remembered for all of the good that he did and the love that he spread. He was preceded in death by his Grandfather Raymond Albert Carite Sr, his Uncle Raymond Albert Carite Jr and his Grandfather Sotero Lazaro Sr.
He leaves a large extended family throughout the United States that will morn his untimely departure. Grandmother Rosemary Carite, Aunt Sue Perez, Uncle Chip Perez. Grandmother Selma Lazaro, Uncle Ruben Lazaro Jr., Aunt Rosa Lazaro, Aunt Margarita Phillipsen, Uncle Rodney Phillipsen, Uncle Marcos Lazaro, Aunt Angelita Lazaro. Grandma Carolyn Todd, Grandpa Scott Baker, Uncle Ryan Baker, Uncle Cameron Baker Aunt Brittany Mitchell and many more cousins. We never imagined what Halloween morning would bring. We are devastated by his early, sudden departure from our lives. Richard is no longer struggling with the issues he struggled with for so many years,he is at peace.
