Victoria Lee Sova

August 30, 1954 – June 5, 2025

Victoria “Vicci” Sova was born on August 30, 1954, in Chicago, IL, and passed away peacefully on June 5, 2025, beside her devoted partner, Gerry.

Vicci was a loving mother to her daughter, Adrienne, and found deep joy in the role of grandmother to Sonya, with whom she shared countless cherished moments—especially their beloved “powder parties” after bathtime and hours spent playing dress-up. Her heart was full of love for her family, and she took immense pride in the bond they shared.

She is survived by her daughter Adrienne and her husband Robert, granddaughter Sonya, her mother Sally, her brothers Steve and Mike, her sister Betsy, and her loving partner Gerry, who faithfully and tenderly cared for her over the last six years. She is also remembered by her former husband, Charles.

Vicci was preceded in death by her first husband, Gary, her father, Donald, and her sister, Kathy.

To know Vicci was to be drawn in by her radiant smile and vibrant personality. She had a gift for lighting up every room she entered and making each person feel seen and loved. She lived with a spark that made her the life of every gathering—and we imagine that hasn’t changed in the hereafter.

Vicci leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
