

Annis Iversen passed away on Monday, February 15, 2016 in Paso Robles. Annis was born in Crossett, Arkansas, in 1937 to Henry Leon and Audra Keener but moved to San Luis Obispo County when she was about 6 months old. Annis was the fourth of five children with three older brothers and a younger sister. She was raised in the Paso Robles area and attended schools here graduating from Paso Robles High School in 1955. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Iversen and eldest son, Andrew Iversen. She and Ron lived for many years on the Iversen Ranch southeast of Shandon where they raised cattle and six children.
Annis is survived by a sister, Christina Keener, of Paso Robles, and five surviving children, Rebecca Boggess of Santa Maria, Anthony Iversen of San Luis Obispo, Monica Waldeck of Dixon, California, Wiley Iversen of Fresno, California and Todd Iversen of Atascadero. She also leaves eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Annis was a long-standing member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Paso Robles.
Annis’s Memorial service will be on March 12, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Trinity Lutheran Church at 940 Creston Road in Paso Robles. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. Arrangements under the direction of Kuehl-Nicolay Funeral Home, Paso Robles, CA.
