

Carolina D Ayala (affectionately known as Mama Caro)
Carolina, a loving Mother, Sister, Daughter, Wife, passed away peacefully at French Hospital in San Luis Obispo on September 9th, 2026 surrounded by overflowing love from family and friends. Carolina is survived by her beloved and devoted husband, Juan Antonio Ayala Turcios, and their daughters Jennifer Carolina Ayala (Jenny) and Amy Elizabeth Ayala.
Carolina was born on October 19th, 1977 in San Juan Talpa, El Salvador. The youngest of 3 sisters. Carolina and Juan Ayala married in August 1999, sharing a beloved 27 years of marriage and 33 years together. After immigrating to the US, Carolina lived in Arizona and then California for 25 years. Carolina cherished the friendships she had made and memories she created with her family during this chapter of her life.
Carolina was a joy to be around and lifted every room she walked into, whether it was with a smile or a bantering joke. She remained fulfilled as an active member of the church and her passion for working with children. While she did not have any grandchildren, she devoted her time and love to the children at church, nieces, nephews, and family as if they were her own. Loving gestures were expressed with gifts, meticulous planned birthday celebrations and memorable quality time with her close ones. She created excitement for every holiday, from Valentine’s to Christmas. Carolina made sure that her close ones felt special and cherished. Her love of cultural Salvadorian food was another way she shared her love, and her skilled specialty was pupusas. She went as far as selling pupusas to fundraise money for her daughter’s 15th birthday. Carolina will always be known as a loving, compassionate and resilient woman. She remained strong until her last breath and found her strength through her faith in God.
A commemoration is scheduled 5:00pm-9:00pm on Wednesday September 30th at Cristo Viene Church at 2328 Park St, Paso Robles, CA. On the following day, Thursday October 1st, Carolina will have her burial at 10:00AM at Paso Robles Cemetery

Carolina, una amorosa madre, hermana, hija y esposa, falleció pacífi camente en el French Hospital de San Luis Obispo el 9 de Septiembre de 2026 rodeada del amor desbordante de familiares y amigos. A Carolina le sobreviven su amado y devoto esposo, Juan Antonio Ayala Turcios, y sus hijas Jennifer Carolina Ayala (Jenny) y Amy Elizabeth Ayala.
Carolina nació el 19 de octubre de 1977 en San Juan Talpa, El Salvador. La más joven de 3 hermanas. Carolina y Juan Ayala se casaron en agosto de 1999, compartiendo 27 años de matrimonio y 33 años juntos. Después de emigrar a los Estados Unidos, Carolina vivió en Arizona y luego en California durante 25 años. Carolina apreciaba las amistades que había hecho y los recuerdos que creó con su familia durante este capítulo de su vida.
Carolina era una alegría estar alrededor y levantaba cada habitación en la que entraba, ya fuera con una sonrisa o bromeando. Ella permaneció cumplida
como miembro activo de la iglesia y su pasión por trabajar con niños. Aunque no tenía nietos, dedicó su tiempo y amor a los hijos de la iglesia, sobrinas, sobrinos y familia como si fueran suyos. Los gestos amorosos se expresaron con regalos, meticulosas celebraciones de cumpleaños planifi cadas y tiempo memorable de calidad con sus seres cercanos. Ella creó emoción para cada día de fi esta, desde San Valentín hasta Navidad. Carolina se aseguró de que sus seres cercanos se sintieran especiales y apreciados. Su amor por la comida cultural salvadoreña fue otra forma en que compartió su amor, y su especialidad califi cada eran las pupusas. Ella llegó a vender pupusas para recaudar fondos para el cumpleaños número 15 de su hija. Carolina siempre será conocida como una mujer amorosa, compasiva y resistente. Ella permaneció fuerte hasta su último aliento y encontró su fuerza a través de su fe en Dios.
Una conmemoración está programada de 5:00pm-9:00pm el miércoles 30 de septiembre en la iglesia de Cristo Viene en 2328 Park St, Paso Robles, CA. Al día siguiente, jueves 1 de octubre, Carolina tendrá su entierro a las 10:00AM en el cementerio de Paso Robles
