Andrea Lynn Hill, 26, passed away unexpectedly on January 23, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY. She was born on February 6, 1991 in Marysville, OH. Andee is survived by her loving parents, Julie Hill-Toomey and Tim Toomey; grandparents, Richard and Imogene Hill; sister, Tara (Jonathan) Barbour; nieces, Ella and Eva Barbour; step-sisters, Serena, Tiffany and Holly; companion, Shawn Sinclair and children, Char, Joelina, Nautia and Shawn.
