Clare Elizabeth Skunza, 39, of Etna, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023. She was born September 28, 1983 in Wayne, New Jersey to Joseph Phillips and Eva Phillips. Clare is survived by her beloved children, Christian Sanchez and Caden Skunza; parents, Joseph (Cathy) Phillips and Eva Phillips; brothers, Matthew (Brandy), Daniel, and Samuel Phillips; godfather and uncle, John Felicjan; and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. She is preceded in death by her brother, Alex Phillips. Clare was the light of her families and friends life, she will be truly and deeply missed by all.
