Eva Irene Foor, age 88, of Pataskala, died peacefully on Friday, August 22, 2014 at Tuscany Gardens. Irene and her husband were lifelong farmers in the area. Longtime member of the Pataskala United Methodist Church, Mother's Club, Country Social Club and Summit Station Lions Club. Preceded in death by husband Melvin J. Foor, mother Gladys Shumate, sister Amelia Anne Busch. Survived by devoted daughters, Kathy (Tom) Hogan of Loveland, OH, Linda (Kelly) Shannon of Pataskala; step-daughter, Wilma Jane Woltz of Junction City; grandchildren, Greg (Tasha) and Jennifer Hogan, Jeff (Christine) and Julie (Bryan Rookey) Shannon, Chris (Michele) and Craig (Melissa) Woltz; great-grandchildren, Eliana and Joseph Hogan, Jake Shannon, Kristin, Connor and Carson Woltz; numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, August 25, 2014 and from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at KAUBER-SAMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 289 S.
