

Jack Eugene Green, 80, of Pataskala, Ohio passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025, at his residence surrounded by family and loved ones. He was born October 31, 1944, in Coshocton, Ohio to the late William Hoy Green and Audrey Simmons Green.
Jack was very active in his early years growing up in Coshocton. He was proud to have received the honors of becoming an Eagle Scout. Jack was also a great student and athlete, excelling at baseball, track and field. Eventually using his track practices to run over to his girlfriend's house, who later became his future wife.
Jack was a proud veteran of the United States Army Reserves. He also went on to receive a bachelor’s degree of business and finance from Ohio University in Athens.
In his free time Jack was an avid collector, enjoyed watching OSU football with his family, and riding his tractor on the farm. Jack was truly a “Jack of all trades” and a true perfectionist. He was able to remodel two homes, fix any problem on a vehicle, and do anything himself. He had a philanthropic and giving heart, always supporting various charities and giving a helping hand when he could.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of nearly 60 years Elizabeth Lee Green; children Janette (Duncan) Kerr and Jill (Gary) Warrington and Jason (Min Li) Green; grandchildren Brad (Cassandra) Bay and Joshua (Ellee Gray) Huber, Victoria (Jose Martinez) Warrington and Ashlyn Warrington, Makayla Green and Emma Green; one great-grandchild on the way Maya Mae Martinez; brother Paul (Sue) Green; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. In addition to his parents, Jack is preceded in passing by his brother, Robert Green; and sister, Janice McCosh.
Family and friends may gather from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, March 30, 2025, at Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home 289 S. Main St. Pataskala, OH 43062. A memorial service is to follow at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
