JoAnn LaRosa, 74, of Pataskala, OH passed on Thursday, August 18, 2011 at St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 AM held on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1051 Waggoner Rd., Reynoldsburg, OH with Monsignor Funk as officiating celebrant. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, in Pataskala, OH.

JoAnn was born on January 13, 1937 in Columbus, OH to the late Charles and Charlene (Galpin) Evans.

JoAnn was a member of the St. Pius X Church, Wahneta Chapter 235 O.E.S, Johnstown Community Sportmans Club, Weeki Wachee Area Club, Retired from Mt. Carmel. She loved cooking for family and friends.

JoAnn is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Frank LaRosa, her children; Cheryl A LaRosa, Chuck (Patty) LaRosa, Cathy (Steve) Puskac and Chris (Jessica) LaRosa, grandchildren Michael (Cathy) LaRosa and Nikki Gump, Aaron, Kate, Brian Puskac, Nick Parr, Crystal, Joseph, Cori, Alexis, Dominic LaRosa, 5 great grandchildren, sister Jeanie (Phil) Kessler and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Monday, August 22, 2011 from 5 to 9 PM with an 7:30 PM Eastern Star Service at Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 289 S Main St., Pataskala, OH. Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Pius X. An Online memorial can be located at www.kaubersammons.com.
