Joyce Ann Mosley, 78, of Canal Winchester, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Grant Hospital. She was born on July 31, 1943 in Columbus, OH, a daughter to the late Jess and Goldie Mosley. Joyce is survived by her loving children, Mindy (Rusty Russell) Santo, Shaun (Mechelle) Santo and Bobbie Gregory; grandchildren, Jacob (Ashley) Chenault and Katherine (Spencer) Henning; great-grandchildren, Jaxton and Rori; brother, Steve Mosley; sister-in-law, Karole Mosley; niece, Jill (Rick) Ashcraft; nephew, Guy (Carol) Cornette; beloved dog, Casey, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Noel Rutledge and siblings, Linda (Paul) Cornette, and Don Mosley and nephew, Kent Cornette. Honoring the family’s wishes, cremation will take place. Please join us on Saturday the 9th of April from 2pm till 4pm for a "Celebration of Life" for our mother, Joyce Mosley. The event will take place at the MedBen Conference Center at 1821 West Main Street in Newark, Ohio. Family and friends are welcome. It is a casual event. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center, 4340 Tamarack Blvd, Columbus, OH 43229 in Joyce’s memory.
