Lois Powell, age 95 of Pataskala, died peacefully at her home on Tuesday. Lois was born in Akron Ohio, served her country in WWII in the USMC, was a book keeper for local businesses, and was a life member of the VFW and American Legion Auxiliaries.
Lois is preceded in death by her husband Jack Floyd Powell and is survived by her son Thomas Powell.
A private graveside service will be held. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday December 22, 2013 at 3:00 PM the Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 289 South Main Street Pataskala, Ohio with Rev. Cal Alexander officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any Animal Shelter in her memory.
